With a bottle adorned by a drawing of the estate, where the 100% Agave used to make this tequila is grown, Fortaleza Anejo Tequila has presentation perfected. Aged for 2-3 years in wood oak barrels in Jalisco, Mexico, the agave is cooked in their age-old brick ovens for 36 hours and then crushed in a stone mill called the Tahona.
