PacificOnlineSpirits.com has been in the premium spirits retail business for just under two years. Key account status gives us access to limited release editions and volume price discounts. Our Policies
Shipping
-We are not able to make international shipments
-Orders usually ship in 2-3 days
-Certain states do not allow shipments of alcohol. The purchaser accepts the responsibility of determining whether his or her state allows shipments. Please contact the appropriate agency or governing body to determine if your state allows alcohol shipments.
-The state of Texas does not allow shipments of alcohol.
-Shipments are made via UPS Ground Adult Signature Required (21 or older)
-Orders over $100 are shipped free within the continental U.S.
-Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii require additional shipping charges
-We prefer delivery to business addresses to minimize delivery problems
-Customers receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number upon shipment
-Express shipments require additional shipping charges
Pricing and Errors
-Pricing errors and typos will be corrected and orders credited
-You will be contacted by email when this happens.
-Occasionally, an item may no longer be offered, in which case you will be contacted for a substitution or credit. Collectible items fluctuate significantly in price and may need to be adjusted.
Sales Tax
-Shipments to locations outside of California pay no sales tax by federal law
-Sales tax is charged on sales within the state of California
-Some states have use taxes, and buyers are responsible for state use taxes if applicable
